 1. INTRODUCTION

Virtual call center service (V-PBX) is a voice service on the IP platform to provide clients with high-quality voice calls at low rates. With V-PBX, clients only need to have an IP phone, an available analog phone through IP Gateway or a Softphone in order to fully utilise the functions of a professional call center without having to invest in a call center system.

Clients do not need to assign staff or to manage the call center system. The system management and configuration through Internet with Web browser utilise the available internal network.

For corporate clients with branch offices (fixed or temporary), V-PBX is an excellent solution to utilising internal voice network without incurring additional costs, minimising staff management and maintenance expenses.

The service is suitable for most forms of company.
